EzTouchBoard
Not all of your employees have computers? Businesses can now choose a less expensive and more convenient method for employees to sign in and out of the office. EzTouchBoard allows businesses to use our existing EzOutBoard technology with the convenience of
touch screen monitors at entry and exit locations for employees to check in and out of work when they do not have computer access.
EzTouchBoard runs on a Touch Screen monitor connected to any PC that is connected to your network. You have the option of a selection of start screens. For example: Employees can use a 10 key touch pad to enter their personal ID and then have the option to check in or out. You may have a list of your employees names to choose from and a Check In and Check Out button. Depending on your needs, we offer innovative custom packages as well. Project consulting offers our clients the use of our expertise to implement EzTouchBoard to best fit their needs.
The technology of EzTouchBoard includes EzOutBoard software and together they maximize the convenience to you and your staff. EzTouchBoard allows the employees to check in and out, while EzOutBoard can be installed to personal PC's for Managers to view whether employees are in or out of their workplace at all times. Employees that have pc's may also check in and out from the convenience of their workstation with EzOutBoard.
